Summary

Ghouls live among us， the same as normal people in every way—except their craving for human flesh。 Ken Kaneki is an ordinary college student until a violent encounter turns him into the first half-human half-ghoul hybrid。 Trapped between two worlds， he must survive Ghoul turf wars， learn more about Ghoul society and master his new powers。

Kaneki meets Shu Tsukiyama， known as The Gourmet for his interesting and sadistic tastes。 And Kaneki learns more about what happened to Rize and what it means to be a One-Eyed Ghoul。

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 This was a great volume and focuses on Ken dealing with the aftermath of the attacks， he meets Hanami whose now living with Touka， some interesting stuff going on with her friend and then we pick up with whatever is going on with this new guy named "The Gourmet" or Shu Tsukiyama and he befriends Ken cuz books and their interests are sorta similar until we learn from others he is dangerous。 Yomo takes Ken to meet Itori， his friend and she is so hot and she tells Ken that Rize might have been murd This was a great volume and focuses on Ken dealing with the aftermath of the attacks， he meets Hanami whose now living with Touka， some interesting stuff going on with her friend and then we pick up with whatever is going on with this new guy named "The Gourmet" or Shu Tsukiyama and he befriends Ken cuz books and their interests are sorta similar until we learn from others he is dangerous。 Yomo takes Ken to meet Itori， his friend and she is so hot and she tells Ken that Rize might have been murdered and there is more to it and she will tell him but he has to find out about some restaurants for her and he does and has to go with Shu before he realizes he has been trapped and other ghouls wanna eat him and "The Scrapper" their butcher is gonna get him and its an all out fight between them and when the One-eyed ghoul shows himself everything changes， its a lot going on and sets up some interesting mysteries regarding the origins of Ken and whose he really and is he hiding something。。anything？ Its getting good and the inclusion of Shu and Itori is making it interesting and the art style is growing on me！ 。。。more

I love this series。 It just keeps getting crazier and crazier。 I was a bit mad at Kaneki this volume for agreeing to all of these stupid things。 But， I do like the gruesome fight scenes in this volume and excited to see kaneki grow even stronger。
